My art commissions are for personal use ONLY.
I don't allow commercial use of any of my artworks. Even if you ask it's 99% 'no'.
Only I ( HoneyBones/Xaishes ) have permission to sell it.•Saving files is your responsibility.
Don't expect me to have artwork from months ago. I delete them 1day-week after I send you finished ones.•NO ONE have permission to draw over my art.
You oc's design changed? Great! But art has to stay the same!•As long as credit is given you can repost my art on any website.
Just a Toyhouse usermane is fine.•Do not claim my art as your own or trace it.
It takes time, energy and experience to make. By doing so you're a sh- bad person.•My commissions take from 2 days to 4 months.
Please be aware of this when plan to comm me. I have school, work and own life too, I'm not an art-making robot.•I don't do refunds.
I can't afford them. Just don't commission me if you're not sure you can pay.•You have no right to remove my watermark.
Even if you 'don't like it'.•You can ask for updates as long as it's not spam and give me at least 12h to reply.
I always send wips when I finish set points (sketch,lineart, color, shades).•I usually ask for payment after sketch and I send unwatermarked artwork only if I'm fully paid.•I accept payments ONLY via Paypal invoice for USD commissions.
For PLN comms I can do bank transfer too.•I have right to cancel any commission for any reason (with refund of course).
No need to tell you why.•I will post any artwork I like (done by me) on my social media unless you ask me not to do so.
I will add your username/tag you and mention that you are the owner of character(s).

My designs HAVE TO stay on toyhou.se. If I catch you delete any of my adopts/customs etc. I'll block and blacklist you. I don't care if you didn't buy them from me. It helps me to keep eye on them and makes them harder to steal! I won't help w/ theft if they aren't on th.▪︎Saving files is your responsibility. I delete them in 1day-1week after I sell the character. Don't expect me to have your oc from months back if I'd do this I couldn't make more adopts because of limited space on my devices. You can ask but no promises!▪︎Do not sell my designs for more than you bought them.They're worth what they were bought for. If you have problems with remembering it, add price to their description or make a worth log! You can sell them for more only if they have extra art by you or commissioned, (gift/free art doesn't count).▪︎You can do as many changes as you want. You can change species, accesories or shade of colors as long as I get credit for original design. And both new and original designs are the same character. You can't sell only new or only original oc, they have to stay together.▪︎Do not sell my designs to people on my blacklist. If you do so, you're gonna be put here too as well as blocked. Please check it before selling!

Adopt Payment :

You have to contact me. I give up to 24h to dm on any of my social media. If you refuse to do it in time I'll accept different offer!▪︎For real life currency, I accept :

Depends on day may be a little more or less.▪︎All offered art have to be finished in 1 month max. Can be longer if I you bought from me earlier or if we're friends. But even if then no longer than 3 months. I'll give you a reminder a few days before time comes and if I still don't get updates I'll accept different offer!▪︎I'll send you oc AFTER I get full payment. I don't give ocs when 50% is completed you HAVE TO do 100% to get it.▪︎I DO alow offers higher than ab.
But you have to be quick as I reply to ab comments as soon as I see them!
